As iron sharpens iron, so one man another [through discussion].
You were made for fellowship and companionship with others. You need each other for uplifting and encouragement. You also need each other to help push you to grow and step out in faith boldly. Discussions and communication are good, you can learn from each other through your different experiences and there is wisdom to share from past situations you have gone through. Be accountable to someone else, it’s a good thing and will help you to grow personally and spiritually if you’ll allow yourself to be vulnerable. You need to give of yourself and trust that I am in your midst. As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
